Each fall, Musician’s Friend releases the Source Book, which is the MI equivalent of Vogue’s September issue. 300+ pages of stunning music gear, rich articles and beautiful photography. As creative director, I’m responsible with determining a theme and shooting the book accordingly. For 2017, we wanted to tap into the local scene and utilize the backdrop of the Hollywood hills. We rented a house overlooking the canyons and took advantage of the natural light throughout the house. The result was one of my favorite projects to date. Great lifestyle shots and gear photos that evoke that old-Hollywood vibe.
